RETURN & EXCHANGE  POLICY



Please be informed that Sunsets are Pink only provides store credit- exchanges for items purchased at full price. As a small business We don't have the structure to give back money for your purchase.

Store Credit is accepted for merchandise within 7 days of receipt( validated by tracking number) for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags still attached. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, and We didn't receive any feedback ( Email us at sunsetsarepink@gmail.com). We can’t offer you an exchange or store credit for your purchase.

All items purchased in a sale are final, which means that No store credit or exchanges will be given in ANY sale items. 

Important:For any unforeseen situation store credit is discretionary upon store review. Once store credit is approved the store will communicate with the customer and will advise how to proceed.

Transit Time

Our business needs an approximate time of 24-48 hours to process an order. These hours don't include weekends. We can not guarantee delivery times. For US deliveries our preferred carrier is UPS. For Puerto Rico USPS.Any delays in the shipments are out of our control. We do our best updating the tracking numbers in our platform, so you are fully aware of your order status.

Customer: I have a dress that I purchased for a regular price. Can I return and receive store credit?

Yes, you can dear customer you purchased under the regular price and you informed during the 7 day period after delivery. 

Customer: I purchased a set during the 15% sale, but I didn't like it.

My apologies, but your exchange or store credit is not possible since you purchased during a SALE. Only regular price items are received for exchange or store credit.

Customer: I need to start the process of an exchange/ store credit. What do I need to do?

The first step is to communicate with us  through email to sunsetsarepink@gmail.com and We will advise after doing our due diligence. Please make sure to include your order #. Please allow us 24-48 hours to complete the process.

Customer: Who will pay for the return of my order?

If you are in the US, the customer is responsible to pay for the return label. If you are in Puerto Rico, we will send you the return label.

Lost Packages

Dear customer, We are not responsible for packages lost in transit once they have been sent from our location. It is the receiver's responsibility to locate their order.  Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address where your order can be received.
